Refunding a Partner Item to your Throne Balance
If we receive a refund from one of our Throne partner stores, we will credit this amount straight to your Throne Balance.
These refunds can happen for a multitude of reasons including...
Cancellations (very rare)
Returns
Items not being able to be delivered

What happens when a Partner Store refund comes in?
Step 1: We will notify you
When a refund comes in, we will notify you via Email. Depending on whether the merchant tells us which item the refund is for, we will also be able to tell you which item has been refunded. If we know which item has been refunded, we will change the status of the item to "credited". Otherwise, we will leave it on the same status and just add a note to the item, notifying you that this item might have been refunded.
Step 2: We will credit you the refund
When the refund comes in, we will immediately credit it to your Throne balance for you to use. We credit you the entire refund.
