We are sorry to hear that some of your withdrawals are delayed!
The date shown on your Balance tab is always an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. A delay of 24-48 hours is normal.
While many of our users are located all over the world, our payment processors are US based! This means that U.S. banking holidays and weekends can impact the processing time of your withdrawal. Both pending withdrawals and incoming bank deposits may experience slight delays during these times — this is completely normal and nothing to worry about! Withdrawals are subject to a delay of up to 5 business days.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but so appreciate your patience! 😊
