Why is my withdrawal delayed?

We know how important it is for our creators to receive their gifts - and their funds!

Updated over a week ago

We are sorry to hear that some of your withdrawals are delayed!

The date shown on your Balance tab is always an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. A delay of 24-48 hours is normal.

While many of our users are located all over the world, our payment processors are US based! This means that U.S. banking holidays and weekends can impact the processing time of your withdrawal. Both pending withdrawals and incoming bank deposits may experience slight delays during these times — this is completely normal and nothing to worry about! Withdrawals are subject to a delay of up to 5 business days.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused, but so appreciate your patience! 😊

U.S. Federal Banking Holidays (2025)

These are the dates when banks in the U.S. are closed and withdrawals may be delayed:

  • New Year’s Day – Wednesday, January 1

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day – Monday, January 20

  • Presidents’ Day – Monday, February 17

  • Memorial Day – Monday, May 26

  • Juneteenth National Independence Day – Thursday, June 19

  • Independence Day – Friday, July 4

  • Labor Day – Monday, September 1

  • Columbus Day – Monday, October 13

  • Veterans Day – Tuesday, November 11

  • Thanksgiving Day – Thursday, November 27

What should I do if it’s been longer than 5 business days?

If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived after 5 full U.S. business days, please reach out to our support team. We’re here to help and can look into it further for you.
