Quick answer: Head to your Orders dashboard and open the gift you want to track. You'll either see tracking info already there, or you can request it if it isn't yet.
Requesting tracking
If your order hasn't updated after 7 business days, request tracking from your Orders dashboard. If it's been an unreasonable amount of time since your request, roughly 2-3 weeks total since purchase, reach out and we'll chase it.
Automatic tracking
Partner Store items and some Etsy items usually get automatic tracking added to your order page once it's available to us. If it hasn't shown up after 7 business days, request tracking from your Orders dashboard instead.
Amazon gifts
Amazon gifts show a tracking timeline right on the order, with each step as it happens and an estimated delivery date when Amazon gives us one. You'll also get an email when your gift is out for delivery. There's no carrier tracking number to look up for these, and you don't need to request tracking.
It says "Delivered" but I don't have it
Carriers sometimes mark an item delivered a little early. Wait 24-48 hours and check with your household, neighbors, mailbox, and front door.
Still haven't received it? See "What do I do if my gift is lost?" for how to submit a Lost Item request and what happens next.
Sent a gift to a creator?
If you're a fan checking on a gift you sent, tracking works a little differently.
To protect the creator's privacy, Throne doesn't share tracking details with fans directly. You'll get an email when your gift ships, so there's no need to check in before then.
If it's been a while and you're worried, the creator can look up the status on their end. Reaching out to them directly is the fastest way to get an update.
