Quick answer: Fans can gift you digital gift cards through Throne. Once you've verified your identity and your order shows Shipped, head to your Orders page to redeem.
Adding gift cards to your list
Gift cards on Throne come from the Throne Gift Store. Cards from outside the store can't be purchased for you, so they won't work on your list. There's also a limit on how many gift cards and digital goods you can add at once.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this is an anti-fraud measure, since gift cards can be a target for misuse.
Verifying your identity
A fan can purchase a gift card for you before you've completed identity verification, but you won't be able to redeem it until you complete identity verification from a supported country. See "Why am I being asked to verify my identity?"
Why your gift card may be on hold
Digital items like gift cards have a short waiting period before you can redeem them. It's a safety step to help prevent fraud. You can see the exact release date on the order itself.
How to redeem
Once your order shows Shipped, your code is ready. See "How do I redeem a digital gift card, and why is it delayed?" for the full steps. If the gift card was sent to you by email instead, check your inbox, as the Redeem button won't work for those.
Still having trouble?
If your code isn't working or something doesn't look right, reach out to us at [email protected] and include your order ID and the gift card name.
Some gift cards and digital codes only work in certain countries, set by the brand, not by Throne. If a code won't redeem and you think it's a regional limit, contact us with your order ID and we'll sort out a fix or an alternative.
