Quick answer: You can update your email from your account settings.
How to do it
Head to throne.com/profile/account and select "Change Email." You'll be able to see your current address and swap it out from there.
Seeing "This email is already in use"?
That usually means there's another Throne account attached to that email. You'll either need to log into that account and delete it to free up the address, or use a different email instead.
Signed up with Google, X, or another login method?
Your Throne email is tied to whichever account you used to sign up, so you'd need to update it there rather than in Throne directly.
