No fan will ever see your address, delivery name, or any other identifiable information. Your delivery details are shared only with the merchant, and only to ship your gift.
Use your real name in delivery details
It is safe, and it matters. Carriers can refuse or return packages when the name does not match the address on record, and customs can delay them.
We recommend using your full legal name rather than your creator or brand name. Your name is never shown to fans either way.
Skip the P.O. box or mail forwarding service
We strongly recommend using your standard residential address. Many merchants do not ship to P.O. boxes, which can mean returned packages and failed deliveries.
If you choose to use a mail forwarding service, keep in mind we are not able to help with lost packages, damages, or delivery issues caused by the forwarding service.
For fans: gifting anonymously
Your payment details and email are never shared with the creator. When you order, you can choose any gifter name you like, or none at all. Only the name you pick and your optional gift message are shared.
