Quick answer: Gifts on Throne aren't eligible for refund once the order is placed. If you believe a creator violated our Terms of Service, we'll review the account.
Change of mind
At checkout, you agreed to our Terms of Service and acknowledged that your payment was a voluntary gift, with no goods or services provided in exchange. Therefore, once a gift order is placed, it can't be cancelled or refunded. See "Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?" for why there's no window to edit or cancel.
A creator promised me something and didn't deliver
Throne is for gifting, not buying goods or services. If a creator promised something in return for your gift, that goes against our Terms of Service. Reach out to us at [email protected] with the details and their profile link and we'll review the account separately. To protect everyone's privacy we can't share the outcome, but if a refund is approved you'll be notified in your ticket.
