Quick answer: No. Throne doesn't send tax forms of any kind. Since items purchased through us are gifts, we don't issue tax forms for them.

Finding your own records
If you need a list of what you've received, you can pull it yourself. Gifts received: open your Orders dashboard for the full list.
For Payouts: open your Balance page for your payout history.
