Quick answer: Connect a standard bank account for payouts. Payment apps and fintech accounts, like Cash App, Venmo, or Chime, aren't supported for payouts and may cause your payout to be declined or delayed.
Use a standard bank account
Your payouts should go to a standard bank account. You add it from the Payout methods tab on your Balance page. For the steps, see "How do I set up payouts?"
Accounts we don't support for payouts
Payment apps and fintech accounts aren't supported for payouts. Using one may lead to a declined payout, a delay, or other problems receiving your funds.
Examples include:
Cash App
Venmo
Monzo
Chime
Revolut
Wise
Apple Cash
The same goes for similar fintech and payment platforms.

Add a standard bank account from the Payout methods tab, then switch to it as your active method. You can switch your active method any time. If you want the old one removed, contact our Support team and we'll take it off your account.
If a payout to one of these accounts shows Returned, the funds go back to your Throne Balance. Update your payout details to a standard bank account and request the payout again. See "Why is my payout delayed, missing, or returned?"
