Quick answer: Delivery timing depends on the merchant and carrier. Shipping costs are set by the merchant, and customs or import fees are on the creator.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually get placed within 1-7 business days for our supported merchants. High-volume periods like holidays can push that out a bit. From there, most gifts arrive within 1-3 weeks of ordering.

Does Throne use Amazon Prime?
Throne partners with Amazon for fast delivery, and Prime coverage is expanding across our Amazon Business accounts. Whether it applies depends on the item, delivery country, and availability on our end. We can't yet adjust default shipping prices for Prime or break shipping fees out per item, so creators should adjust their Amazon shipping fees accordingly.
Customs, import duties, and VAT
Per our terms, the creator is always responsible for customs charges, import duties, VAT, or similar fees, these vary by country, so it's worth checking with your local customs office on what's allowed to ship to you.
If we get a customs or VAT notice, we forward it to your account email right away. Don't ignore it, unpaid charges can mean denied delivery, with the item held at customs or returned to the merchant. We can't reorder an item that didn't arrive due to unpaid customs fees unless the merchant refunds us.
