Support Hours & Response Times
Our Support team operates 7 days a week from 8AMβ4PM CST.
Most tickets receive a response within 24 hours, though replies may take 1β3 business days during busier periods or peak gifting seasons.
Tickets are answered in the order they are received. Please avoid sending multiple follow-up messages before receiving a response, as additional replies may move your ticket further back in the queue.
Support Tickets vs Other Requests
Returns, tracking requests, and lost item reports are handled by separate specialized teams rather than our general Support staff.

β’ Log in to your Throne account and go to your Orders page.
β’ Locate the order and click "Contact Support."
Before submitting a ticket, we recommend checking whether one of our FAQs already answers your question!
β’ If you still need assistance, select "Contact Us [Other Issue]."
β’ The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page will open.
β’ Enter your message and submit your ticket.
