After signing up for our gift exchange platform you will be invited to set up your profile. While doing so, you can add information that will make the gift selection easier for your exchange partner.
Step 1: Enrolment
Then, you can browse the planned exchanges and join the ones that interest you the most. While joining we may ask you 2 additional questions, in order to make the gift selection easier and more accurate. To participate you must deposit the specified minimum spend for each exchange you join. This allows us to purchase an item for your partner in the event that you forget to or cannot find the perfect gift, so no need to worry! For this reason the deposit is non-refundable.
Step 2: Matching
Then, we will match you with other gift exchange participants. You will have a “Giftee” to whom you gift items and a “Gifter” who gifts you items. You can read through their profile and consider the gift you want to purchase.
Step 3: Gifting
The next step is selecting a gift for your exchange match from one of our 600+ Partner Stores. When searching, you will be able to choose from popular products, browse different brands, and filter by category to find the perfect gift! Once you pick an item and complete the checkout process, the item price will be deducted from your deposit. If the price is over the minimum spend for the gift exchange, your card will be debited the additional amount.
Importantly, we will only send the gift to your partner once someone purchases a gift for you, so you can be completely sure you will receive a gift back!
That’s it!
Now you can lean back and wait for your gift to arrive at your doorstep.
Don’t forget to share your joy with others on social media!
