When your gift is marked as Credited, it means the value of the gift has been added directly to your Throne Balance. This status is used for all Payout gifts.
This can happen if:
the item is from an unsupported merchant (see supported merchants for your country here: throne.com/merchants), or
you live in a country that is only partially supported (see supported countries here: throne.com/countries)
When an item is credited:
this order was fulfilled as a direct credit to your Throne Balance
we cannot place an order for that item
it will not be fulfilled as a physical order
You can use your Throne Balance in the following ways:
withdraw funds from your Throne Balance to your bank account, or
purchase an item from your wishlist if it is from a supported merchant AND you are in a fully supported country
