When your gift is marked as Failed, it means we were unable to successfully complete the order.
This can happen for several reasons, including:
the order was lost in transit
the order was cancelled by the merchant
the item became unavailable or could not be fulfilled
When an order is marked as Failed, it cannot be completed as originally intended.
From your Orders Dashboard, you will have the option to resolve this by:
refunding the gift back to your fan if the item was not crowdfunded, or
adding the funds to your Throne Balance
