What does “Complete” mean?

When your gift is marked as Complete, it means you have manually marked the item as received for your own organization purposes.

This status is purely for organization on your side and does not affect the order in any way.

Please note:

  • marking an item as Complete does not change its delivery or shipping status

  • it does not modify the order in any way

  • it does not impact fulfillment, tracking, or refunds

You can still:

  • request tracking for the order, or

  • report the item as lost via your Throne Dashboard if needed

This status is simply there to help you keep your wishlist and order history organized 😊
