When your gift is marked as Shipped, it means the merchant has confirmed that your order has left their facility and is on its way to you.
At this stage, the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, and delivery is in progress. Not all orders will automatically update to “Shipped” or “Delivered” in the system

tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not update in real time
we are unable to change the shipping address in this status
we are unable to speed up delivery
If you are unsure about the status of your order or have not received tracking updates, please request tracking from your Orders Dashboard.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, this can be normal depending on the carrier and shipping method.
If you are unable to locate your package after delivery is marked or believe it may be lost, you can report this through your Throne Dashboard for further assistance 😊
