We believe in being transparent about our fees. Depending on the type of gift and payment method, the following fees may apply.

These fees are charged by our payment provider and are applied per transaction.

Any applicable processing fees, taxes, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Products added directly from the Throne Partner Store have 0% service fees.

Depending on your country and the merchant, gifts are fulfilled in one of two ways:

1. Throne ships the gift (7% Service Fee)

Available for supported countries and verified merchants.

2. Direct Credit / Payout (9.75% Service Fee)

When a country or merchant isn't fully supported by Throne, the gift amount is added to your Throne Balance for withdrawal instead. These items are labeled as Payout on your public wishlist.

This service fee helps cover the costs of external services used for identity verification, bank account connections, and payout processing.

Crowdfunded payout items also use the 9.75% one-time service fee.

For example:

This 9.75% fee is charged once for the entire crowdfund, not once per contribution.

Contributors still pay the applicable payment processing fees on their individual transactions.

If a crowdfunded item is canceled before reaching its goal, the unpaid one-time service fee is deducted from the funds raised before the remaining amount is transferred to the creator's Throne Balance. As a result, the transferred amount may be lower than the total contributions shown on the crowdfund.
