Throne supports different types of merchants to help make gifting as smooth and reliable as possible. The two main types are Partner Stores and Verified (Approved) Stores.
🤖 Partner Stores
Partner Stores are merchants that Throne has a direct integration with.
This means:
You can add products directly from your Throne dashboard (no need to paste links)
Orders are placed automatically
Prices, shipping, and taxes are kept up to date
Tracking information is automatically added
Items from Partner Stores have 0% service fees
Availability
Partner Stores are currently available in:
United States
United Kingdom
Canada
Germany
Netherlands
Italy
Spain
France
Australia
Mexico
We are actively working on expanding availability to more countries over time 😊
🛍️ Verified / Approved Stores
Verified (Approved) Stores are supported merchants available in your country that are not part of the Partner Store system.
These are typically:
items added using a product link, or
items added using the “Add to Throne” bookmark tool
For these orders:
they are processed manually by our Ordering Team
processing can take 1-7 business days
a 7% service fee applies

⚠️ Direct Credit / Payout Items
Any item that is not from a Partner Store or Verified Store is considered a Direct Credit (Payout) item.
These are not ordered as physical products and are instead credited to your Throne Balance.
