When your gift is marked as Refunded, it means the order has been successfully refunded.
In most cases, the refund will be credited to your Throne Balance, unless you specifically chose to refund the amount back to your fan.
This means:
if you did not request a fan refund, the funds were added to your Throne Balance automatically
if you selected a fan refund option, the funds were returned to the original supporter instead
Once an order is refunded, it cannot be reprocessed or fulfilled.
You can view your updated balance or refund details in your Orders Dashboard.
