When your gift is marked as Returned, it means the merchant has confirmed they have received the returned item and the return has been successfully processed on their end.
To complete the process, you can choose how you would like to handle the refund:
You can do this by visiting your Orders Dashboard (on mobile or desktop, not the app!) and selecting the returned item. From there, click “Choose next steps” to view your available options.
You will then have the option to:
refund the amount to your Throne Balance, or
refund your fan directly (if the item was not crowdfunded)
Once you select an option, the return will be fully resolved and the refund will be processed automatically.
