How long do withdrawals take to reach my bank?

Quick answer: Withdrawals move through three statuses: Processing, In transit, then Completed. End to end, a withdrawal can take up to 15 business days to complete. You don't need to do anything along the way.

What each status means

  • Processing: your payout is being prepared. It'll be sent after any applicable hold period.

  • In transit: your funds are on the way to your bank. For a standard payout, allow up to 7 business days. For Instant Payout, usually within an hour, often minutes.

  • Completed: the funds have been sent to your bank. Depending on your bank's processing times, it can take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

Minimum withdrawal

The minimum depends on your country and will show up in the withdrawal screen. A small fee applies to withdrawals under $30. See "Is there a withdrawal fee?"

When to reach out

Your payout has shown Completed for more than 5 business days and the money still hasn't arrived. Our team may ask for a PDF bank statement so we can escalate with the withdrawal processor.
