All purchases are final and cannot be canceled from the fan's side. This is also clearly explained in our Terms of Service, which you accept before you purchase an item!
Please note that it is up to the creator's discretion to cancel the order or return the items. The creator is not obliged to do this.
Only a content creator (the person receiving the gift) can initiate a refund.
If there is an issue with the gift, the content creator will be notified and will receive the option to transfer the funds to their Throne Balance or to refund the gifter. This choice is fully up to the content creator!
