With our integration with Amazon, the automatic tracking will update the status of your items to "delivered" when the tracking indicates that it has been delivered. This is an automated process based solely on tracking information.
Throne staff will never mark items as delivered on your profile.
What should you do if the gift is marked as delivered but you have not received it?
If you have not received your gifts, please follow the process for lost items. Often times when an item is marked as delivered but is missing, it may be a stolen gift.
While stolen gifts are unfortunate, we cannot always re-order or refund stolen items. This is up to the merchant's policies and discretion.
