Typically, most gifts arrive within a few weeks of their purchase date!
However, some gifts may take longer due to their shipping method.
For items arriving internationally, these could be arriving via shipping boat, rather than plane which can take a bit longer!
There can be additional delays caused by: Weather, traffic, backlog of orders for the merchant, etc.
•Shipping times are completely determined by the carrier and delivery companies.
•Shipping methods are determined by the merchants.
Can I get expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to request expediated shipping for orders and will often only use the base shipping method offered.
What should I do if I think it is taking too long to receive my gift?
If you are worried that your gift is delayed or missing, please submit a tracking request from your dashboard's Order page. You can request tracking up to 7 days after an order is placed by your fans!
Partner store items, automatically ordered Amazon items, and some Etsy items will have automatic tracking that you can find on your order page once it is available to us.
Please note, we cannot share tracking if we have yet to receive it!
After you request tracking, and your item still seems to be lost, you can file a lost item ticket.
