If a product is no longer available, our agent will put the order into "issue" status. You will receive an email as well as notification in your dashboard if this happens!
To resolve this issue:
Click on "View" to go to the overview of this item on your Orders Dashboard.
Then select "Resolve Issue". Here you will see the reason for the issue and the options you have to resolve it.
You can now choose the option you would prefer.

In most cases you will see the option to either send the funds to your Throne Balance or refund your fan.
