If a product costs more than paid by the fan (for example if the wrong price was entered when the item was added), there are some options:
You can choose to transfer this amount to your Throne balance.
You can choose to refund the fan.
You or the fan can pay for the difference so we can order the item.
Step 1
To resolve the issue go to your Orders Dashboard.
Step 2
From there, select "view" on the item! (It will show "issue" instead of "shipped" as it shows in this image.)
Step 3
Choose "Resolve Issue" at the top of the page. From there you will see your available options!
