It is up to the Creator if a gift is refunded to a fan!
You can learn more about this in our Terms of Service which is agreed to when a fan purchases a gift.
When a creator requests that we refund a fan, the refund is initiated instantly via our payment processor. It then can take banks between 5-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your bank statement, but it may take longer depending on the individual bank (up to 2 weeks).
