When your gift is marked as Queued, it means we’ve received the order and are waiting for the payment to fully process before moving it to our Ordering Team or automated ordering system.
During busy periods, orders may remain in Queued a little longer than usual.
Please note:
orders in Queued status cannot be canceled
we cannot manually speed up this status
we cannot change a gift to Credited or Payout
we cannot change the shipping address associated with an order in this status
If your gift stays in Queued for more than 7 business days, please contact Support.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
