What does “Processing” mean?

When your gift is marked as Processing, it means your order is actively being prepared for fulfillment.

This may mean:

  • one of our Ordering Agents is placing the order manually, or

  • the item is moving through our automated ordering system (available for partner stores and some Amazon items).

Please note:

  • orders in Processing status cannot be canceled

  • we cannot manually speed up this status

  • we cannot change a gift to Credited or Payout while it is being processed

  • we cannot change the shipping address associated with an order in this status

If your gift stays in Processing for more than 7 business days, please contact Support.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
