When your gift is marked as Processing, it means your order is actively being prepared for fulfillment.
This may mean:
one of our Ordering Agents is placing the order manually, or
the item is moving through our automated ordering system (available for partner stores and some Amazon items).
Please note:
orders in Processing status cannot be canceled
we cannot manually speed up this status
we cannot change a gift to Credited or Payout while it is being processed
we cannot change the shipping address associated with an order in this status
If your gift stays in Processing for more than 7 business days, please contact Support.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
