What does “Ordered” mean?

When your gift is marked as Ordered, it means your item has been successfully placed with the merchant.

At this stage, the merchant is responsible for preparing and shipping your order.

Please note:

  • orders in Ordered status cannot be canceled

  • we cannot manually speed up shipping or fulfillment

  • we cannot change a gift to Credited or Payout

  • we cannot change the shipping address associated with an order in this status

Your status may remain Ordered even after your item has shipped if we do not receive shipping updates from the merchant.

If your order has not updated after 7 business days, you may submit a tracking request from your dashboard.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
