If you are moving, please be sure to update your address as soon as possible via your Throne dashboard Delivery Details page! Most gifts will arrive in 1-3 weeks from ordering, depending on the delivery method/service the merchant uses.
If your gift is still in "processing" status and is not ordered by our automated system you should be able to still update your address while it is in this status! Any items changed after this status will not use the new address. Any items that are ordered automatically will not use the new address.
There is unfortunately not much we can do about items being sent to the wrong address due to incorrect/incomplete/outdated information.
Please note, most items are ordered automatically.
The vast majority of items will not be able to have their address changed after the order is placed by your fan.
Please go to your Orders panel on the item, select "Help" on the item, and choose "Other" to send in a support ticket and our support team will do their best to assist you, but please note if the item was already ordered or is in the automated process already we cannot change or update your address.
When your fan places an order, we have an automated system in place–as well as highly efficient ordering agents–so that we can place your order with the merchant as soon as possible. Thus, generally the process–whether ordered manually or automated–has already begun and is difficult for us to stop as many merchants also try to get their process started as soon as possible. This is difficult to interrupt or stop.
We receive many orders each day, so please understand that even if you would normally have the option to send a merchant a message to change an address as an individual, we simply cannot offer this. You can set items as "payout" items and withdraw the funds if you would like a more hands on approach to receiving your gifts.
It is very important that you make sure your address is up to date at all times.
Toggle your wishlist "off" to prevent new orders!
You can "pause" your wishlist ahead of time, without losing any items, through your account settings.
Refunds & Re-Orders
Unfortunately, we often cannot refund or re-order gifts if they were shipped to an address that was incorrectly or falsely entered on your account. We will do our best to make exceptions when and where we can, however, all gifts are ordered to the address on file at the time the order was placed by your fan(s).
