When your gift is marked as Delivered, it means the shipping carrier has marked the order as successfully delivered to your address.
In some cases, carriers may mistakenly mark an order as delivered before it has actually arrived. Because of this, we recommend allowing 24–48 hours for the package to appear.
If you cannot locate your package, please check the following:
with neighbors
with other household members
your mailbox
around your front door and nearby delivery areas
After checking all possible locations, you can submit a tracking request from your Orders Dashboard for additional information.
If you still cannot locate your order after completing these steps, you may file a lost item request so our team can further assist you.
