Some digital items have a waiting period, including gift cards. This is a safety measure put in place to prevent fraud and criminal activity.
When will my gift card be released?
Go to your Orders page, and locate your gift card there. You can then view the details of the order by clicking "view".
From here, you will be able to see the date your gift card will be available to you.
How do I redeem my gift card?
1. Go to your Orders Page.
2. Click the details of the gift card order.
3. Click Redeem. You will receive instructions on how to redeem your key.
Please note that all items marked as a digital good will have a redeem button, however if the item was emailed to you this button will not work! Please be sure to check your email!
