Digital goods are items where you don't receive a physical item! Examples of these are game codes, downloads, or e-gift cards, etc.
Anything that you receive that you can physically hold would not be a digital good.
Why do I need to mark Digital Goods correctly?
If you mark items incorrectly, we will often be able to order the item but we may charge shipping.
It is the responsibility of the creator to mark these items correctly to avoid being charged for shipping! Digital goods
If you believe a fan has paid shipping for a digital good please create a support ticket.
Most digital good codes are directly viewable in your dashboard, making fulfillment easier!
Please note, sometimes the redeem button will still be there but we have emailed you your digital good. Check your email first, but you can send in a support ticket if you have any trouble.
