What if there is an issue redeeming my digital item or game code?

If you have an issue redeeming your digital gift or game code, please create a ticket for our support team and include the following information:

  • Item name

  • Error message received

  • Screenshot of error with time and date (some merchants, such as Kinguin, require date and time to be included in the screenshot)

To create a ticket:

Go to your Orders Page, and locate the item. Click the "Help" button on the right side of the page.

From there, you will see this menu; select "Other."

This will bring you to a list of options, which you will select "Contact Us."

Create the ticket with the needed information, linking to necessary screenshots. If you cannot link the screenshots, when you receive your confirmation email in your inbox, reply to that email with the attached screenshots.
