It's always possible that you have a question about an order!
How to ask a question about a product
First, go to the Orders panel of your Throne Dashboard to view all of the purchases made by fans. Find the gift that you have a question about.
Next, click on "View" to see an overview of this order. This can often have information which may help answer your question.
If you did not find an answer to your question, please scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the Customer Service center! Here you can contact the teams you may need help from! You can also select "Help" instead of "View" on the orders panel and it will send you directly to this section.
