Payout items are not purchased by Throne, but the value of the item is added to your Throne Balance for you to withdraw to your bank and purchase yourself.

By using your Throne Balance on Direct Credit items, you are simply removing this item from your list and not receiving additional funds. The funds will go directly back into your Throne balance!

Any item on your wishlist that says "Payout" is a Direct Credit item.
