How to ask a question or get help for a product
First, your Orders Dashboard. Here you can view all of the gifts you have received from your fans. Select "View" to see an overview of the order!
This can often answer any questions you have about your gift!
Be sure to click "Resolve Issue"!
If you still need help, scroll down to you can scroll down to the Customer Service section below. You can also get to this section of a gift directly by choosing "Help" instead of "View" while on your Orders Dashboard.
Here you can request tracking or mark a gift as lost! If you believe a gift is missing after you have received your tracking this will open a lost item claim for our Lost Orders team to investigate for you.
If the item is damaged or the merchant sent the wrong item, you can initiate a return here as well!
If you still need help after using the other Customer Service options, our Support team is here for you! Please select "Other", which will allow you to submit a support ticket.
