How to ask a question or get help for a product
First, go to https://throne.com/wishlist/orders to view all of the purchases made by fans. Choose the gift about which you have a question.
First, click on "View" to see an overview of this order. This can often already answer your question about this order.
If this did not answer your question, you can scroll down to the Help section below, or you can click on Back to Orders at the top of the page and select Help on the item.
Here you can request tracking -- after you have requested tracking, if the gift is still missing, you can submit a Lost Package ticket.
If the item is damaged or the merchant sent the wrong item, you can initiate a return.
For all other questions, select Other, which will allow you to submit a support ticket to our team.
