Throne has several different item types which behave differently and have different fees.

Partner items come from one of our Partner Merchants which can be found in our Gift Store. Throne has a partnership with these merchants! These items are amazing for creators because...

💸 They have 0% service fees

🚚 They have automatic tracking

⚡️ Orders are placed immediately (no wait time)

♻️ Price and stock syncing causes fewer issue items

However, Partner Stores are currently only available to some countries:

Items that do not come from Partner Merchants that are ordered manually by Throne Staff for the creator. These items come from merchants found on our Verified Stores list!

We generally do not have any issues with these merchant's and they have been vetted thoroughly by the Throne Team for security and quality.

These items do have a service fee.

Direct Credit items, or Payout items, are items that are directly credited to the creator's Throne Balance once a fan purchases a gift! These do have a Service fee.

Items that are Payout/Direct Credit:

•Come from stores that are not found on the Verified Stores list

•Mean the creator is in a country that Throne can not directly order to at this time

•Mean the creator marked the item as payout because they wanted to order it themselves

The creator can then withdraw the funds from their Throne Balance with Stripe in order to buy the gift for themselves.

Cash gifts are Direct Credit/Payout.
