We are unable to pause or cancel orders once they are placed.
If you are moving, please update your address via your Throne dashboard Delivery Details page as soon as appropriate. Most gifts arrive in 1-3 weeks from ordering, depending on the delivery method/service the merchant uses.
If your gift is still in "processing" and is not a partner store item or an Amazon US item, in rare instances we may be able to manually transfer this to your Throne Balance or hold the order. Use the "Help" > "Other" option from your Orders page. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this.
Toggle your wishlist "off" to prevent new orders
You can "pause" your wishlist ahead of time, without losing any items, through your account settings.
Refunds & Re-Orders
Unfortunately, we often cannot refund or re-order gifts if they were shipped to an address that was incorrectly or falsely entered on your account. We will do our best to make exceptions when and where we can, however, all gifts are ordered to the address on file. Please make sure this information is correct and up-to-date at all times.
